The way Allyson saw me and the honesty and compassion from which she approached our sessions is exactly what I needed. Allyson has this magical way of really helping you to feel very seen. For me personally, that had an effect on my ability to feel empowered in my Design—and to also to practice self-acceptance... I really just think Allyson has an incredible talent and gift for breaking these really high-level complex concepts into way that just feels very easeful, very digestible. As a person, I'm sure you will quickly come to find that she is just so approachable; she is so calming, and in her presence, I felt immediately very drawn to be able to share comfortably about myself, including things that I felt really concerned about or maybe even a bit ashamed of admitting.

She really took the time to just go through things at a pace that felt very tailored to me—as opposed to just moving through a structure for the sake of checking off the boxes. I am someone that easily gets overwhelmed by too much detail all at once, and I feel like she has a very knowledgeable and masterful way of distilling things in such a way that it's not overwhelming—and fun! I definitely felt very encouraged and really just elated to learn more about myself.
