EMBODIMENT GUIDE SOMATIC FACILITATOR
HUMAN DESIGN EDUCATOR

allyson Forseth

Hi, I’m Allyson.

I am a trauma-informed embodiment mentor, somatic facilitator, and Human Design educator with years of experience guiding individuals back to themselves with greater clarity, self-trust, and aliveness.

I’m here to help you come home to your body and redefine what success, satisfaction, and peace can mean to you in the process.

The past is a portal, and the present is a playground.

“Be yourself,” sounds effortless in theory — but I see that our circumstances, conditioning, and trauma can make things more complicated in practice. As humans, we are tasked with looking at what hurts with  honesty and forgiveness, discernment and grace, grief and hope. I help you navigate the integration process of embracing these apparent contradictions in order to access a deeply felt sense of possibility in the present and future.

A life that feels authentic, free, and alive is one in right relationship with what we call limitation

Limitation is everywhere: a non-negotiable yet entirely neutral aspect of reality. The relief and freedom you crave exist on the other side of your willingness to reckon with it — but you don’t have to give up on your dreams or your agency to accept what’s here and now. Our work together will help you to clarify and sharpen your discernment of true vs. perceived limitation, supporting you in relaxing into your human experience with greater empowerment and trust.

the body is the ultimate limitation, and it is through the body that we access absolutely everything.

“The body keeps the score,” as they say. You are you — neither in spite of nor entirely because of what your body holds, but through the one-in-a-million miracle of your incarnation and everything that it encompasses. That magic can be hard to see when your body is stuck in a stress response. I support you in moving through unprocessed nervous system patterns with gentleness so that you can better recognize and honor your body’s wisdom and aliveness. This process will bring you more self-trust and capacity so that you can access a truer, less encumbered version of yourself.
